ClubTrust is a professional club that offers the possibility to develop your employability and reveal your potential. Our club is accessible only by cooptation in order to guarantee trust in our members. Our model of trust is based on adherence to our values, shared by our members.

1. I am transparent
Transparency is the pillar of the ClubTrust network. Our members are transparent and honest when filling out their profile. Companies appreciate our members because they trust them. In fact, the key to success in attracting recruiters is to boost your ClubTrust transparency index.
2. I co-opt trusted people
The development of our club is largely based on the cooptation model. Each member of our club is an ambassador who co-opts trusted individuals to strengthen the network. The more our community expands by including trusted individuals, the more we grow together.
3. I communicate with the club
Communication with the club’s talent allows us to continuously improve and offer the best services. The club’s coaches are always available to support and advise talent on their professional careers. In return, members respond to proposals and share their feedback.

To provide the best service and experience to our members, we need to have high quality, up-to-date profiles. Within the club, talent regularly updates their profile and job search status to make a difference with recruiters.
Our Code protects the entire ClubTrust network, both talents and companies. Respecting it is essential for the success of all, and any breach of its principles may result in the moderation of the profile.
